Production of finished cosmetic products
The modern production facility for cosmetic products is located at the same site as the research and development department and the accredited laboratory for cosmetic product testing.
The production is carried out in accordance with the ISO 22716:2007 standard, which follows the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), in a newly equipped facility that meets all the necessary standards for cosmetic product manufacturing. We are also able to ensure production in compliance with NaTrue or Ecocert standards, and upon the client’s request, product certification according to these standards can be conducted. To ensure a smooth transition for the production of your new product, the scale-up process—from laboratory to production scale—is always conducted through collaboration between the formulator who developed the product and experienced production technologists, all under the supervision of the quality control department. This ensures that each production batch meets strict quality requirements.
The production facility is distinguished by its flexibility in manufacturing both small and large batches. The minimum batch size is just 500 units.
